Meet Ashley Mehu, LMHC
"The need to feel supported and be genuinely heard/understood is what I believe many individuals seek. Counseling allows me to be an active source of therapeutic support in clients’ lives. Meeting people where they are at mentally and emotionally and supporting them towards their desired quality of life are agendas with significant importance to me."
Since an early age, the realm of counseling has been a playground her inner child has always run loose upon! From grade school to graduate education at CUNY Baruch College, various counseling-based internships and opportunities throughout NY state with diverse populations have nurtured this passion. She's worked in inpatient settings, substance use clinics, private practice, and teletherapy services. Ashley is thrilled to have found a career where she can grow as a person by serving others.
